I cannot say enough great things about Coufal Insurance Agency!!! Over the 8 years I have used them, we have never been disappointed. The team is always so helpful and willing to research best prices for us (home, vehicles, etc.). When I had a rock chip in my windshield that was quickly spreading, David was quick to give recommendations and I was able to get same day repair with his help. He even called me the next day to ensure everything was taken care of and to make sure we were happy with the repair. I was also recently in an accident and Russell went ABOVE and BEYOND continually checking on me and keeping me in the loop. Although, we had a national insurance adjuster assigned to our claim through Germania, Russell not only worked with them seamlessly, but continually updated me on where we were in the process which is more than I would ever expect from a local insurance agent. It is apparent the team is truly customer-service oriented and care about their customers. They are personable and caring which is hard to come by these days! I highly recommend Coufal Insurance Agency!!!

Working with the Coufal's was a great experience. David has been in the business for a long time. I got my first policy from them 10 years ago or so. I work with Russel and his wife Sarah now and I would highly suggest letting them give you a quote. It is nice to work with good people that you can trust. Family values are important to me I am glad I have an agent that shares in my common values.
